ARE Facilitated Study Group- Building Systems

When: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 11

Where: At The Center
  

This summer, AIANY will hold one study session for each division of the ARE Exam.  Participants are REQUIRED to prepare for the session by taking the NCARB practice questions available in the Exam Guide for each division before arriving.

The sessions will be led by licensed AIANY Chapter members, both recent test takers and experienced practitioners. In the first hour participants will review the practice questions that they completed prior to the class. The instructors will be providing strategies and tips in addition to the answers.

Instructor:
Andrew Repoli, AIA

The second hour will be participant-directed, leader-facilitated group discussion.  Bring your questions related to other study materials and the graphic portion of the exam to make the most of the opportunity.

Each of the seven sessions will run from 6-8 pm on Wednesday evenings
July 7 (Schematic Design)
July 14 (Construction Documents and Services)
July 21 (Site Planning)
August 4 (Programming Planning and Practice)
August 11 (Building Systems)
August 18 (Building Design and Construction Services
August 25 (Structures). 

Each session is limited to 50 participants. You must register for each session independently.

Registration Fee:
$5/session for AIA Members
$20/session for non-members
